Refund policy
At Pure Canaan, we take great care in crafting our natural creams with the highest quality ingredients. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your experience with us.
Because our creams are personal care products made in small batches without synthetic preservatives, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at purecanaan@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or incorrect items.
If you change your mind:
- Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the product(s), minus any original shipping charges.
Important notes:
- Due to the natural and perishable nature of our creams, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or heat-damaged products.
- Please store your creams as directed to ensure product freshness.
