Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

We currently ship to addresses within the United States via USPS. Orders typically arrive within 7 days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Temperature & Packaging Note

To ensure optimal freshness and stability, Pure Canaan creams are frozen prior to shipping. While we take care to package orders securely, please note that a small amount of leakage is possible due to temperature fluctuations during transit — this does not affect the quality or safety of the product. We recommend allowing your cream to return to room temperature before opening.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other external factors. Pure Canaan is not responsible for delays once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
